teddywolfI find it interesting that Justice Scalia has decided that because of today's 6-3 ruling against the same-sex sodomy law in Texas "the court has joined the culture war."
You know, if anyone is bringing the court into a culture war it would be the people who insist that this is a wartime shot instead of a Constitutional interpretation. So thank you, Justice Scalia, for dragging the court into war. And don't try to dodge the bullet - you chose to describe it in terms of a war, therefore it is YOUR war.
