Ferran Adria, the head chef of El Bulli, one of the top Michelin 3-star restaurants globally, will apparently be teaching culinary physics at Harvard University this fall. I've heard a little bit about Harvard, the school is supposed to be OK, but maybe this will get them a few more students.
My foodie friends, I suspect this might be the Harvard course you've been wanting to try.

Yes, it's allowed by people not enrolled in undergrad. You do have to register but you don't have to actually be an enrolled full time student.
