When Republicans can't stand the GOP. Salon, may require watching a commercial. I should mention, for those people unsure about clicking the link, that the writer mentions that he feels there is in fact a large difference between the GOP and the Dems.

Oh, and Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, an excellent NPR quiz/news show, is also great for putting sleepy toddlers to sleep. Just saying :-)

Keith Olbermann has John Dean as a guest on Countdown frequently and I'm always find his point of view interesting. His being there during the Nixon administration definitely gives him an interesting perspective on all of this as well.
