So, of the people who wanted roasted garlic and are local, who is planning on going to Diesel tomorrow? And when will you be there til? I have a 5PM appointment near the NH border, you see.

Oh gosh, wish I had caught that announcement! IF you end up having any extra (this is interesting, now I'm wondering about making the oil myself), I would love that.
No doubt I'd be around til 8:30. But I still realize I'm last on the list.

And now I am wondering whether roasted shallots make a good oil flavoring, cuz I so have too many of those buggers around... *Ooh, plots, schemes*
