or not. Ferran Adria, the head chef of El Bulli, one of the top Michelin 3-star restaurants globally, will apparently be teaching culinary physics at Harvard University this fall. I've heard a little bit about Harvard, the school is supposed to be OK, but maybe this will get them a few more students.
My foodie friends, I suspect this might be the Harvard course you've been wanting to try.
