That said... according to Dick Cheney, torture authorizations during the Dubya years were in fact given by none other than George W Bush.
The guy was supposed to be the chief law enforcement officer of the country, as the President, and here he is committing high crimes according to his number two. Doesn't this mean something, in terms of encouraging lawlessness in regular citizens? And doesn't this mean he needs to be investigated for war crimes?
