A very quick food note
Jan. 31st, 2006 06:05 pmMade the custard for creme brulee on Sunday. I was impatient and melted some sugar on a still-hot one. Texture wasn't creme brulee, but it was very tasty.
Today I made up the other ramekin. Mmmmm.... creme brulee... As good as any I've ever had, and it was my first attempt.
I think I'll get me some smaller ramekins to make smaller portions for a supper sometime. Not today, though.
