Cooking log for Friday

One batch of homemade double chocolate brownies with chocolate ganache. My second pan of homemade brownies ever, batter was yummy... and I didn't have it flat in the pan, apparently. I was sure I had flattened... well, never mind. They still look yummy. This is the very first time I've ever made chocolate ganache, too. Results shall be given when the brownies are cooled off.

One pan of lasagna. Lasagna is love. Second time I've cooked it by ignoring the foil but leaving off the top layer of cheese until the final cooking. This particular bit of experiment is a success, but only because I use enough sauce atop my no-boil lasagna noodles. One excellent lasagna.
