and type in the following:
ban_set username
substitute the name of the account for username.
Said person will be unable to comment in your journal and, just as importantly, you will not show up as a Friend Of whosiwhatsis.
(A friend of mine is having a problem with a copycat; I have pre-emptively banned the copycat account)
We now return you to your regularly scheduled LJ.
