Why have I not heard of synchronized diving before today?
browngirl and I are watching the men's division. There is some seriously tough synchronization there. It makes me wonder about other endeavors where people need to work in synch, stuff in science fiction and anime, and make me think it's more possible than I thought.

Them what likes looking at well-muscled young men in very brief skintight swimsuits would have extra incentive to watch this particular event.

My mom was a synch swimmer in college. She was so good that if it had been in the Olympics back in the early '70s she would have probably won a Gold medal.

Tough to do, synchronized swimming. I respect it immensely. I knew about it some time ago, but the diving... caught me completely by surprise.

Pity they didn't have it in the Olympics in time for your mom.
