Just a small note: Sudoku makes having The McLaughlin Group on in the background considerably better..

I haven't seen notice of it in the blogosphere, but this week John McLaughlin wasn't letting Pat Buchanan get away with just mouthing GOP talking points. Yes, right-wing nutjob Buchanan actually said that Bill Clinton's statement to the public of "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" was worse than any of Geroge W Bush's proven lies about intelligence leaks, WMDs, Saddaam....

The unmitigated gall that whacko has astounds me. Frankly, I wonder why he's kept on the show. They already have some other conservative and right-wing types who are nowhere near as cuckoo.

Sudoku has become very popular. One of my bowling teammates does it while waiting his turn to bowl (when he's not doing school work). Noah only brings home that part of the daily paper with the puzzles on it.

what's odd about that is that Buchanan has been severely critical of Bush in recent Op Ed articles he's written. Maybe he just ran out of kool-aide for a while and they got him a new supply.
