Apparently, despite the huge amount of propaganda in the US saying our health care is the best in the world, Americans don't really think so. And by objective measures, most of the health care we provide is middle of the pack to substandard.

If you think we need a change and haven't signed it, there's a MoveOn petition that needs your signature for an incremental step in the right direction. If we want people to have a public option, at least, this is a means of putting it on the agenda.
