I am, as usual, very far behind. In lieu of major content, here is the menu from this evening's supper:

Vegetable soup with carrot shreds and spinach
Toasted sourdough bread topped with chopped tomatoes tossed with pepper, salt and EVOO; aka bruschetta
Tossed salad of romaine, grape tomatoes and sliced seedless cucumber
Lemon pappardelle tossed with a white wine reduction with crimini mushrooms, garlic, seared tomatoes and sundried tomatoes
Tenderloin steak with crimini mushrooms and roasted garlic cloves

Cost of materials was a bit under $40, but all told I'd say well worth it for a great meal for three adults with some leftovers. I really should remember to make bruschetta more often, as it's been years since the last time.
