Upcoming Events

There will be a Gaming Night at my place tomorrow night (Monday the 14th) starting at approximately 6:30pm. Games in attendance include Munchkin, Chez Geek, Chez Dork, Illuminati, Titan, Boggle, Quiddler, Perquacky and Chaos Marauders to name a few. It will run to about 11pm or so. Minor snacks will be provided, but if people want more substantial fare they should look through the menus on the fridge.

one problem is that I don't know most of those games, but I really like games.. just haven't had anyone to play with in ages. I do know Boggle, but sometimes it bores me.

Do you happen to know ANY very good Scrabble or cribbage players?

I'm pretty good at both, but we don't have a cribbage set. Our friend

pheromone is *very* good at Scrabble, but she's doing something else Monday night.

well, I have a cribbage board :)
several, in fact.. perhaps I'll bring it just in case.

Munchkin is a game - an exceedingly silly one. As for posting to PolyBoston LJ... next week I'll look into it. I'm still getting a handle on how many people are showing up from the Announce and Bostongaming mail lists as well as posting in my journal. Too many people would be a problem, so things capping out at a top of 15 or so would be good. I'll have to see.

Sorry I can't make it yet again, and please take no offense at my overlapping with the pumpkin carving. Schedules are tight.

Hah! I consider myself flogged, but with something far more harsh than a wet noodle. If you saw the current state of the my back, you'd probably be nice enough to avoid even that much. :)

(For the record, though, I didn't realize you were having an event that night when we picked it as something that worked for all three of us.)

I've been running gaming on Mondays for the last several weeks. I'm thinking it'll be weekly.
